RE: Taming the Shrew - Gar - 07-18-2017

"Ok, Gaddy," Ni said hoarsely as her voice squeezed through the lump in her throat, "I will try..." She had been ready to tell Gadeon the tragic ending of the story of her Master, though she had never recounted the whole story before. Perhaps the rest of the story could wait for another time. The Zeltron stared at her hands awkwardly. "Honestly, Gaddy, as hard as I try I can't remember the teachings... maybe you could remind me? When you next have time..."

Gadeon nodded, this was for Ni, not for him, he did not need to know the story, but he felt that she had forgotten why she was what she was and that often caused major issues.  He of course would listen if she wished to talk. "If you feel you have something you wanted to say I will listen, but I well I am not the best at reading people and this seems to be troubling you."  He would of course help teach her, but did not want to distract from that with other things at the moment.  Waiting and looking up he hoped that if she did not feel trapped she would feel better about sharing, but  he did understand that moments passed.  He just did not want her to feel like he had trapped her.

Ni thought about this for a moment, then shook her head. "Maybe another time...I suddenly feel very tired..." The Zeltron curled up on the floor near Gadeon and made herself comfortable. She rubbed her eyes and breathed a sigh. "Thank you, Gaddy..." Within moments she was fast asleep.

Gadeon nodded. "You are welcome Ni." As she drifted off to sleep Gadeon went to find Bay. He had something to tell him that he had already waited too long to do. "Sleep well." He whispered to Ni, too far to likely be heard really. He could understand how draining the past could be.
