A Dark Heart
Simon assessed the damages to his monster lab, the frayed and fried notes that had been invested into. Fingertips touched them, before grabbing the entire table and flipping it over in a rage. Eyes whipped around to this room. It wasn't enough. The filthy Vampire wasn't controlled enough here. Trusting in his Brother was a foolish idea.
The review of the situation was plain. They had no sufficient data of Vampires and their capabilities available. Even worse, his own brothers specialties had been insufficient to handle the mental capabilities of the vampire. Simon had terminated the experiment with extreme prejudice at the first sign of his brother cracking. The pain and anguish upon Richard's face had been ignored as flame was layered upon the Vampire. Stopping wouldn't have saved his brother, and there was no long term damage to be found upon his physical form.
With that, Simon started to really consider his monster room. There were rooms in the house designed for this or that. The following of Richard's desires lead to torment. There would be no more captures in the future. Mages and Vampires. Was his soft nature the reason for this? Was it the empathy he felt, the desire to let all things live? Vampires non-withstanding from that thought, it hadn't been the first time he had bucked against what was going on and watched it fail. Maybe he should just become silent and simply tuck into the realm he knew best.
With that, Simon quietly left the house. Nobody was going to look for him anyway, so he simply took a short period of time to create permanent windows for his Car, and then got into it and left. He was heading towards the Free Council, to train himself beyond where he was at the moment. His lack of power only seemed to harm those he cared about. Perhaps Baba-chan would be good knowledge, the old lady he had met at the Free Council. His car started up with a Purr, and the Garage opened. He would leave without a word, as at this moment Rebecca and Kira were watching over his brother.
