Kaleb ‘s head was still hurting from all the information he had just gotten. But he needed to figure out how to get to the others and right now he didn’t have his armor. He took his spare comlink and contacted Ryan. He couldn’t believe he was doing this. “Ryan this Kaleb. I need you and your girlfriend’s help right now.”

Ryan answers the comlink, "wow, Kaleb buddy!" His voice hyper and excited once more. "Ava has me heading to Rotterdam to get the ship."
"You know, I am really upset. She didn't even say how wicked cool it was that I backed the Jupiter down in to that Parking Garage!," there was genuine sadness in his voice. "I don't think she appreciates how much effort that took!"

“Yeah well they need me as well, and I have a feeling I’m going to need a favor from your girlfriend. I’m going to need her to activate my chain code. And I know it was a gift for you. But I’m pretty much stuck here without it and it looks like they’re going to need my fire power.” he told Ryan @TheTraveler

Ryan spoke with a highten rate of speech, "I mean yeah we can do that. But you have to have the implant, and the rest is just updating the system."
"But I don't know how long it would take. Amy started work on mine a week or two before she got mine set up. I mean I guess she can do it faster, I think."
"I can talk to her once I get back from Rotterdam," he said, "Bosslady is really angry with me. No one really can know why....but she is...."

“The implant I have, but I’ll need some minor modifications since technically I’m not from here and shouldn’t be born yet.” Kaleb told him. “Didn’t she go with you to get the ship?” he asked. @TheTraveler

"No, she is not with me," Ryan said. "Her last day of vacation was yesterday, so she had to go to work this morning."
"Well with mine," he explained, "mine used an older version that this universe is used too. So that older version was removed and my new one was implanted."
"It takes tons of stuff," he said jokingly. "Finger prints, blood samples, and all kinds of other things. You should ask Ava, she had it all done too." He laughed, "I was so high, I barely remember most of it."

Kaleb let out a deep sigh. He hated being out of things, even for a short amount of time, which this was not. "Alright have her contact me ASAP and I'll give her my details. That will let you bring the Jupiter-1 here. to this city, something tells me we're going to end up needing it. Ryan you need to stress the importance of getting this done as quickly as possible to her. I made a promise to keep someone safe and I plan to do that. If I don't because someone didn't help me.... I will become IRRITATED. However this gets taken care of quickly. I will be more than happy to speak to your boss on your behalf... buddy." Kaleb told him. @TheTraveler

Ryan laughed, "Kaleb brother. You're a Mandalorian. Being IRRITATED is part of who you are." He made a point to mimic Kaleb's voice as he said the word irritated. He let out a high pitched druggie laugh.
"Oh don't worry, she is on her way to get you. Just sit tight," Ryan explained. "Though I doubt she can get your Chain Code any faster. The one she bought from Yumi was super expensive. I doubt she has the credits to do that again."
He let out a huff as if he was running, "don't worry.....wait hold on...." he said then spoke to someone else. "Yes, one way to Rotterdam damn please," Ryan said calmly.
"Oh, yes that would be splendid," he added. "Thank you."
"Okay buddy, I am back."

"Why....why Kaleb....." Ryan said as the sounds of the public transportation station rang in the background. "You guys are always so serious....soooo Mr. Tough GUY Kaleb, We rushed to your aid....HELL I was actually worried for your survival. You didn't even say thank you. In fact, none of you ever says thank you."
The call for final boarding rang over head, "you know, I have feelings. I am not just person that you all can push around and just be a jerk too....." And on that, the line went dead. Not like he cut the transmission, but as if the signal interrupted by something.

@TheTraveler Kaleb nodded more to himself as if he were confirming it in his head that he was in fact going to kill Ryan. Mainly for having dared state that Kaleb hadn’t thanked him. ‘Manners maketh man.’ his grandfather told him whenever he forgot to thank someone. Yes Ryan was definitely close to being on Kaleb’s list. But this girlfriend, Amy, he thought Ryan said her name was but couldn’t be sure if Ryan actually told him that or if he had heard it while he was unconcious. Either way as long as she was on her way as Ryan promised, he’d be safe. He put it aside for now and went back to work on his armor trying to make as many repairs to it as he could. More because it gave him something to do, and something to focus on instead of worrying about things he couldn’t control.

It wasn't even a few moments when Kaleb heard the old man on the far side of the room grumbling at the Holoplayer. He hit the tables as the image blurred and the sound was distorted.
"Ah stupid thing," he hit the table with no luck. The image on the table continued to be distorted and the sound struggled. He got up from the table and turned off the player. "I should've never sold my old one. Twenty years, never had a issue with it," he grumbled to himself as he walked out of the room.
Kaleb heard someone above him cry out to their comlink, "bae.....bae.....did you just hang up on me," the drunk woman yelled. Then stormed out of ear shot.

Kaleb shook his head as he swore at himself for not having noticed he had company. Fortunately everyone he could see, seemed to be deep in their own issues so he just went back to work. Though now he was paying better attention to everything that was going on around him. @TheTraveler
