It did not take Astra long to find Master Thel-Tanis in his quarters. She took a deep breath and knocked on the door. They needed to talk about what happened earlier on the flight deck. She hoped she was not in too much trouble. There was also sumthing strange about the entire encounter she wanted to ask him about.

" Hi Master, umm I had a question about the incident on the flightdeck. umm.... Hunters a thought an agility called danger since. It really important for them on hunt I learned it to but to the same existent. It basically keeps you open to the force allowing you to since danger. I did not pick up on any danger but you seamed quiet bothered were you picking up on something." Astra said a quizzical look on her face.

"What do you mean?" Durro asks, gesturing for her to take a seat. A pair of inactive holocrons sit on his small desk, next to his lightsaber and other personal items.

Astra finds a place to sit. She looks at him. " when I used the force to pull you back away from Ryan. I was afraid he would hurt you and you were not listening to him. But I had no actual indication from the force that there was any danger. You however seemed agitated by sumthing Master" She said.

Durro smiles slightly and says;
"That was the first time I have been threatened like that since The Clone Wars. My instincts as a soldier kicked in, which were to stand my ground and defend myself and others. However, I've changed since then, so instead of fighting I tried to talk him down; though I still stood my ground. I was not 'agitated', in fact I felt rather clear on what was happening."
"The real question is, if you did not feel any danger, why act as if we were in danger? Were you really trusting in the Force, if you put your reason above your instincts?"

" I did not really think about it until now Master. I saw Ryan had that weapon pointed at you it was one meant to kill jedi master. I reacted because I saw you in danger." She said.

"Was I in danger? You sensed nothing. That's what I mean; you put your reason, you knew the weapon is meant to kill Jedi, above your instincts, you felt no danger through the Force. A Jedi must be centered, at peace, willing to listen to the Force even when reason would dictate otherwise. We must be in control of our emotions and attachments, enabling us to trust the Force even when it means risking what we care most about."

Astra started at him. " master I was not exactly in a stat of mind to do that. I'm still not ok at the moment. Ashanti knows how to hurt me in ways that well I did not think possible " she said quietly.

"Which is where emotional control comes into play." Durro says. "Many Jedi take it too far; they try to remove emotion from the equation. Emotions are not a bad thing; they make us human and give us something to fight for, to hold on to. At the same time, for the Jedi, we must control them. We must be willing to let go of our attachments if it means keeping the balance and serving the Will of the Force."

" That's not exactly easy when you have a sith talking your ear off and somehow we're if your darkest emotions, I was not at all mentally ready for Ashinti's attack it was a mistake I do not wish to repeat. " She took a deep breath and shook her head.

"Excuses." Durro says, not harshly but not nice either. "All I hear is excuses. Life is not easy, and conditions will never be ideal. We must learn to be calm and centered in spite of the hardships around us."
"You can't learn these things when you need them, they need to be learned and ready ahead of time. Which I'm willing to, even desirous to help you with. It's not going to be easy, but you have to be willing to trust me. To do as I ask of you without question or argument, trusting I have your best interests at heart. Can you do that?"

Durro nods, walking with her to the door. As she prepares to leave, he says;
"Oh, before I forget. If you ever use the Force on me again and I am not in danger, I'll not hesitate to treat it like an attack." He smiles in a way that confuses whether he is serious or not. "Might be good training. Goodnight."

Astra shook her head and smiled. " I did not actually attack you and im kind surprised that actually worked it never worked on Sol or Lord sereno though I was trying push them away from me and we actually were sparing." She said seeming to be happy at the moment.
" Good night master sleep I get the feeling that tomorrow will be another long day" she said
