Dinner at the Loran Table features:
Lady Sia Loran, Lady Jaina Graff, Lady Ava Forma, Senator Vil Noor, and BattleMaster Cam Thorium
BattleMaster Thorium is a middle aged human male. He was invited to the resort by Lady Loran. She introduced him as, "a close personal friend on my family."
During the dinner, a local performer (and older sister of Tesara's new friend) comes out to preform for the audience of wealthy citizens of the Republic.

The game for Ava will pick up after the dinner performance.
Please be advised, Nova and Tesara have already been set up as servants. Only Kaleb can be introduced as a companion.

For Kaleb he will be introduced as her traveling companion. Ava would gotten Kaleb fine clothes to fit the role.
For Tesara I would like her to be a servant. She will be dressed in servant clothes and will be sent to the kitchen and back for things this will give her a chance to pick up any conversations going on
Nova will be posting as avas body gaurd dressed in a pant suit and pose behind ava at the table with the other body gaurds.

I can play nova being both a body gaurd and a servant but I can't play her off as a companion

Does Azilee have backup dancers and backup singers as shown in the videos?
If Tesara was to watch the faces of both the crowd of viewers and the other servants during the performances, what would she see?
Is Azilee's sister anywhere in sight?
Are there non human "rich and famous" in the crowd other than Hutts?
During this performance, but also like, on a regular basis, are servants assigned to people? So Ava saying Tesara is her servant - does that equate to "Tesara can only serve me" and not have her be assigned elsewhere? I ask because if that is true, there must be other servants brought here by the rich and famous that don't technically work at the resort because they 'belong' to a guest. So is there a delineation between the two kinds of servants?
And off that, can the 'ghost' security do anything to servants who don't technically work at the resort? Are they all housed in the same place? Lots of questions on that...

To answer your questions:
Backup singers and dancers, yes she does. Though they don't appear to have the same "Heart" in the performances.
The servants are more focused on their task. The audience enjoys what they see. But more importantly, Alizee loves the attention she is getting from the audience. And BattleMaster Thorium takes keen interest in the young adult.
As a housekeeper, no Alizee younger sister isn't in sight. This event takes place in the SkyScape Terrace.
Yes there are non-humans but the vast majority are humans.
So some powerful and wealthy families have their own servants "standing by" but generally the resort staff takes care of most things. Lady Loran has two servants at her beckon call.

OK, do the servants stay in Lady Loran’s quarters
 in their own room nearby if she needs them or are they housed with the others servants and just have to hightail it for her whenever she calls for them? I’m trying to establish if any of those servants are held to the same rules as the other resort servants. And I ask because apparently Tesara is Ava‘s servant because she came with her

Only one more. Is there any delineation between a servant who is hired to work at the resort and a servant who is brought by a guest to serve them specifically at the resort?
Like a difference in uniform or color?

Those who work for a respected household wears the uniform of that household.
An important note, those who work for a household look down on the staff that work for the resort. Keep in mind, that these servants have traveled from the Core and Inner Rim to this place.
