After speaking to the Shop keeper Astra stepped back away from Tesara so she was walking beside Durro. " Master, I umm.... I might do something dumb I want to rush off and go after Quinn. but he could be here to" Astra said quietly. She knows she wants to rush off and react out of fear. She knows the consequences of acting braced on fear but she cant help it. Quinn's life could be in danger if he is still alive.

Durro is silent, walking with a military precision that matches the ORA Uniform he is still wearing, walking back towards his shuttle and the Jupiter 1. After taking several steps, well away from the shop, he finally says;
"I don't think it's advisable. You'd be acting on emotion and likely do more harm than good. You should stay here, and leave with us for the Unknown Regions. We will continue to follow the Force and learn about the Swarm."

" Easy for you to say you don't care about him and you have never had a family," she said. She took several deep breaths and shut her eyes for a moment. " I'm sorry master that was not fair to you. Still don't change the fact that I want to do something stupid and rush off after him. I'm well aware of the consequences of acting on my emotions. I do know something about the queen of the sith. I've seen her in a vision and possibly heard about her in another" Astra said finally.

Durro nods, as if agreeing with at least some of her statement.
"You're probably right; you have a decent starting point. You could go, rush to the rescue, and you might even truly help him if he's still alive. But you will have sacrificed a part of yourself; the Jedi part of you that seeks to control your emotions, control your attachments, and to follow the Will of the Force."

" Master I have no clue where she is. I know where she may go but by then Roza would be a teenager or even a young adult. So no I have not started the point. Just that she will try to turn Roza to the dark side. I know your right master but would Quinn understand. I still love him. You loved my mother once what stopped you from going after her when she was arrested" She asked.

"Putting aside the fact that I would hardly call two flirty encounters love; what stopped me was the fact that I am a Jedi. While I do have attachments, I do not let those attachments blind me to the Will of the Force. I do not act rashly, fueled by emotion; rather I am calm, focused, at peace. It is in that state that the Will of the Force is heard and a Jedi can act in a way that maintains balance. It was not the Will of the Force that I rush off to save Queen Delphinium, the Force was pulling me in other directions and I was useful to those I met where I went. I am deeply saddened by what happened to her, and I truly hope she recovers, but her future is as unknowable as mine, yours, or Quinn's."
He sighs and says.
"It's up to you to decide where your place is, and how you can best help Quinn. It's possible you rescue any survivors; save what's left of the Bloodhounds' Clan, but what if in doing so you doom the galaxy to a purge by the Swarm? Remember what happened on Raxus Prime, when you gave in to your fear."

Astra drops her head. " You are right master, and I do remember what happened I will never forget that nightmare. I hurt so many people if I had just styed put or been willing to actually fight the guards maybe they would still be alive. You know there was a hooded man I meet once he laughed when I said I wanted to be a Jedi then warned me this path was hard. I don't think I took him seresly then but understand his warning now, I just hope Quinn can get himself ort of what ever trap he is in if he is still alive" Astra said.

"Good. You've learned something."
He looks ahead and adds,
"I never said we won't help him; only that we should avoid acting rashly and explore the Will of the Force. Perhaps once we return to the ships we can meditate on this, outside of our emotional responses, and make a rational decision."

Astra nodded "Yes master, I'm starting to feel better You know conversations like this are far more helpful the meditation sometimes. Lets see what the force leads us. oh um... Master? When you find them I would like my bracelet and Kiber Crystal back" She said. The remaining links she had to her past. " the bracelet had belonged to Sol's mother he gave it me when we children this is the first time I have taken it of" She added for some reason she felt the need to explain.

"I'm glad these talks are helpful, but as with meditation, both have their place." Durro says with a smile.
"As for your belongings, both are in my bag." Durro says, patting it. "While I understand your desire to hang onto links to your past, you must learn to let go of such attachments. It's not wrong to have them, to be attached to them, but we must also be able to let them go. Just something to think about."

"Is that what they called it?" Durro asks. "I only pointed out that the supplies were not Ava's to sell and inquired as to where the credits went. I didn't press the matter when Ava refused to answer, and I did notice her avoiding the question; I did say I expected to be fairly compensated but again I have not pursued that to the degree I could have. I would hardly call that 'flipping out'."
Durro's tone goes from conversational to a bit more serious.
"What would you do if I didn't have your bracelet, or your Kyber crystal? Out of curiosity."

"There's not much I could do about either if they were lost but well no that's not true I could track down the Crystal easy in the force as I'm able to feel it's pull. As for the braclet, there's not much I could do to recover it. But I know for a fact that they gave everything except my lightsaber to you master" she said shaking her head. " And that was not the story I got. I never meant any actual disrespect master. I was not to thrilled about your reaction is all. " she added as an after thought.

"Yes, I have them. It's called a 'hypothetical question'." Durro says, suppressing a sigh. "The first step to letting go of our attachments is to seriously consider our reaction if they are lost. If possessions are lost or destroyed, if loved ones leave or pass on; if who or what we care about is taken away from us, what is our response? These are important questions to consider, especially for a Jedi."

" well master the only thing one can do when such things or people are lost move forward. Granted I have had a hard moving past Sol's death. But I'm ok now master at least with that particular loss" She said. She smiled at Durro. " Master I know I'm probably not the ideal student for you but I have only been your apprentice for a few days. It will take time for us to understand ethother. I'm still trying to learn what you expect from a padawan. " she added.

"I don't think there is an ideal padawan." Durro says wistfully. "If there is, I've never met them. As for what I expect from a padawan; I expect Tesara." He smiles and adds; "But that's not fair to you. I was only a padawan myself, nearly ready for knighthood when I was marooned on Lanus. I trained Tesara only so that she would be where she needed to be in order to be a padawan to a real Master. It was only after we left Lanus that I found that the Jedi Order was destroyed and I decided to finish her training myself. Tesara was my first and only apprentice, and I still feel I'm not ready to be a Master. Though I suppose if I wait until I feel ready, then I'll never take an apprentice."
"I suppose what I expect is a student who wants to learn. That is all really; anything else we can come to an understanding about, but if you do not wish to learn, then I can't help you."

" really me not want to learn? You don't know me very well master. I would not have asked you to train me if I did not want to learn. " she said with a smile. She looked off in the distinct. " For example your the ideal person to teach me. Combat skills as I am unable to defend myself effectively, I have also been away from any official training for we'll over a year now. It's going to take for ever to catch up to Tesara. That is assuming you're not giving up on me yet master. If we only do what we know we can do we will never grow right? Even though that sneaky mission you sent me on ended in disaster. I still learned a lot from it. Honestly, it's the first time I have ever been given a chance to do anything on my own as I told you before when I left the academy I was expected to stay by my master or Sol's side. Sol acted as my protector because Lord Sereno had ordered it. " she said. She did want to learn it just was not always obvious at least not as clear as Teara's desire to learn. But she still wanted to be a Jefi knight. " So about that meditate, are we going to your ship or the Jupiter" she asked.

"I've not given up on you, and it's because I know you want to learn. You asked what I expect from a padawan and you meet it. So, let's return the Jupiter 1 and meditate; we'd get more privacy on the shuttle, which I really need a name for now that I think about it, but I want to be able to coordinate with the others when we are finished. Maybe if the afternoon is free, we can do some sparring as well."
