Durro seeks out Astra in her quarters aboard Gungnir, hoping she is not too tired from her last shift navigating. He sounds the door chime.
"Astra? Are you awake?" He asks softly.

Astra blinks as she hears Durro's voice she sits up. " Come in master" she calls her tone tells him she is just waking up. As he enters he will find Astra sitting in her bed cerintly fighting with her hair trying to get it out of her face.
" I'm sorry I literally just woke up" She said as if sending his presents. She is quite thankful. She fell asleep in her robes.x How are you master she asks.

He sits on the bed next to her.
"We're about three hours out from this planet. How do you feel?"

" What planit master. We're we going to origin" she asks. She is a bit confused her mind is slowly puting things together. As she finly gets her hair out of her face. She looks at him and smiles. " im fealing alright" she turns her head sidwas. Cerius blue eyes starting at him.
" Is there sumthing you need to talk about" She asked.

" oh right" she looks a little embarrassed. She smiles at him. "I'm not a fragile child master you don't need to worry just say what's on your mind" She said. She was totally clueless at this point. But she was finally wake and focused on Durro.

"Our duel was the first real sparring we have done; everything before was just me showing you different forms, and training with the remote. Facing you in battle, even a mock one, made me appreciate how... strong you are with the Force. You may not be a 'fighter', but you can dish out damage if you need to and as always, the Force is your ally. More so than for most of us. You're capable of more than you know; of more than you can possibly imagine."

He playfully bats her hand aside.
"No, I'm not ill!" He laughs a little in spite of himself.
"I don't know if it got across to you, but while resting a few hours ago I realized; was able to sense, that where we're going is a Dark Side nexus. The entire planet is steeped in it. I also didn't go into much detail about the vision I saw; the Astra from the future, but she said that I need to trust you. That you need to know what you're capable of."

" yes I notice I have been trying not to think about it. I'm not to thrilled about this journey."She said. She was quiet looking away from him. She felt a great deal of anxiety about this. She took a few deep breaths. Im a jedi I can handle this she thought to herself.

"This journey is important." Durro says. "Important for both of us, as a team. I'm sure we'll get through this, and come out the other side stronger."
"As for what you can do... I guess there's no point putting it off. Remember our discussion about your various visions of Roza; first her future as a Jedi Knight without you, and then as a Sith Acolyte who hates you?"
"When I was connected with and speaking with the others in your head; Saba told me about your visions. Both versions. She said your reaction to the first vision caused you to take action. That without even knowing it you changed the flow of the Force. To what extent, and for good or bad, she didn't know. She just know you changed destiny, or fate, or whatever you want to call it. I didn't tell you because frankly I don't believe it. That's not how the Force works, at least that's not how I understand the Force to work. I was taught and my experiences bear out that the future is always in motion; that it is what we make it. A view that Ashanti apparently shares; she applauded the changes you made. Future Astra told me that not knowing what you could do led to the disaster she was facing. That I need to trust, and make you aware of what you're capable of."

Astra started at him her eyes wide " what the only one that could do that was lord Delphine. I what no I could not have done that. Could I did I? " She said she looked so tuned and lost. " That master im not that powerful there's no way" she said clear shock an denial on her face.

"Astra, you're far more powerful than you know." From nowhere, he asks; "Did I ever tell you about Anakin Skywalker?"

"He is... was a Jedi from my universe. The most famous Jedi in the order." He smiles. "I met him, once. Point is, he was discovered at nine years old by the Jedi. At that age, in my universe, he was too old to be considered for training. What changed the Council's mind was the fact that he was a Vergence in the Force. His m-count was over twenty-thousand. Our chart capped at twenty thousand; I understand in this universe the chart goes a bit higher. The Jedi knew Anakin's count was above twenty thousand but couldn't tell the exact number. He had the highest m-count in recorded Jedi History. Of course, that's only raw potential; but talent without training is nothing."
"In a memory of yours Kiki was showing me; the experience she was 'born' from, I saw your m-count on a Jedi Hunter's datapad. Astra, your m-count is 26,500. You have the most raw talent with the Force of any Jedi I know of, except maybe for Anakin. I've no doubt you can do what is being claimed, assuming it is possible at all. That's why it's so important that you receive proper training. To control that immense talent of yours and ensure that it doesn't go to waste."

Astra stared at him " what!?" The alarm bordered on panic as she spoke. She shut her eyes. * Breath, you a jedi this should not freak you out this much. But it does*. She looked at Durro, Anxiety and a great deal of guilt suddenly evident on her face. " I changed the vision it's my falt. I don't even understand how it happened or what I did. Master I don't know how to fix it. I have to fix it I have to fix this mistake " She said quietly.

"No." Durro says softly, but sternly. "No guilt. No remorse. What's done is done, the past can't be changed. You didn't know you did it, and even Saba doesn't know if it's permanent. I don't know much about Seers or what they're capable of and Kenobi doesn't seem to have any books in his library on the subject. It's something that we'll have to research back in Republic space; assuming we don't find answers out here."
"The point is, you can't change it now. Stressing about it or feeling guilty about it will only distract you from what's to come. Where we're going you're going to need every bit of focus; you can't afford to be distracted. Remember what I said about the illusion of control."

He grins mischievously and adds;
"You'll not fall to the Dark Side if only because it wants you to."
"You are ready though, I can feel it. Something tells me that this may be your great trial."

Astra's eyes went wide. A Knight really, could she really be that close. no that could not be she was not reedy for that. " I don't think I'm quit reedy for that yet master i can barley handle being a Padawan look at the disaster on Raxious" she said shaking her head. boy was that quite the tangled mess. " Thow it may test our bond and Master and Apprentice" Astra said. She was staring to feel better. " are you ready for this master, is it normal for Master and Apprentice to go throw such a trial together master" she asked. something in her tone suggested she know the answer but was not recalling the information. There is was that bad memory that Soba had mentioned.

"You can't keep beating yourself up for the past, Astra." Durro says kindly. He freezes, a slightly stupid look on his face. Then he smiles; "Look, it's a lesson you never stop learning. Everything I have just told you; about us being human and fallible and not beating yourself up for past mistakes? I was just told all this myself not three hours ago by another wise master. It's something we all need reminding of every now and then; even old masters."
"I don't know what's 'normal', but is anything about relationship normal? We'll face this trial together; our bond will be tested, but so will we individually. When we come through the other side, we'll be stronger for it. Of that, I have no doubt. Will you be a Knight? Maybe. It's just a hunch I have. I could be wrong. Though since neither of us are part of either Jedi Order, such a knighting would be of questionable authenticity."
"Do you have any questions for me? I'm here to answer them, but if not, I'm going to get some rest."

" That's not entirely true Master you are a member of your order the one you originally came from, you may not be recognized by the rest of the galaxy I recognize you as a Jedi and I am more then happy to follow your path and teaching master. It is an honor to be your Apprentice" she said with a smile.
" Just one have you ever been to such a place" she asked.

"It was Tesara, yes." Durro returns the grin. "Though with Hadaza as a student, she is a master, technically."
"You know, that lines up with something my last Master said." Durro says thoughtfully. "I wonder if it's time..."
He pauses, then realizes Astra's last question.
"Not an entire planet, but there was a cave on Lanus that was a dark side nexus." he says. "It was always unnerving to visit, and it could play tricks on the unwary. You must be in tune with the Force; balanced and at peace to see through the illusions of the dark side."

she lesioned quietly " Cant a dark side Nexus twist your connection to the force as well" her Anxiety rising once again. Damit, breath remeber your training she thought. She looks to Durro the feeling dissipating as she set it aside.

"So I've been taught." Durro says. "Though I've never visited a true nexus of the Force. Even Lanus was more a vergence, as was the cave on our Lanus. This will be a new experience, for both of us."
He stands and faces his student.
"We will be tested, individually and as a unit, more so than we've been tested before. Just remember your training, and above all remember that the Force is with you. The Force is a powerful ally, and with it behind you no one can stand against you."

"Get some rest. We've planetfall in about two hours, then I don't know when we'll next get the chance to rest."
He disappears through the door, which hisses closed behind him.
