Astra was beyond released to get out of that meeting. She was even happier to get out of the Temple. Between Ashanti beading her and the mention of a blood relative, lets just say she was over welmed. She took several deep breath thinking back to the meeting and tarken's grin. He had to have know. Why not simply call her out? Why the sudden demand that she remain on the planet? Not to mention Tesara had seen something. " T-Tesara," she asked hesitantly.

She cursed herself for slowing the meeting to shake her.  It was a moment before she spoke again. " you saw sumthing during the meeting didn't you" she asked.

Tesara’s face is grim.  Once she was certain they were alone and could not be overheard, she nodded.  “Tarkin was aboard the Angel’s Blessing. That’s Sinya’s ship.”  Her words were sharp with outrage. “I saw a hand on the chair behind him, and although I am not certain, I think it was Lysire's hand.  I have no idea where Sinya is, but if he killed her or is holding them hostage, I'm going to be pissed off.”  She hissed.  “This ultimatum is impossible to win. If Baklid surrenders and they take over we have zero control over the Coruscant Jedi order.  They could choose to leave as well, but then they could turn and fight as well and then the entire planet is one giant war zone where millions of people could die.”  It was obvious she was angry.  She closed her eyes and took a  deep breath, willing herself to calm down.  “I will contact Ava, but I must take a few minutes and do as master Palpatine suggested and find the will of the force.”  She turned to Mishka.  “Will you sit with me a moment while I do this?”  She asked quietly.  The last thing she wanted to do was put this girl in any danger but it would require a meditative state.  She looked around, hopeful that they would not be disturbed here.

Mishka tilted her head to the side much like a puppy would, her thoughts traveling around in all the places she would love to go. Instead, she wrote, "Where I want to go is irrelevant right now. I need to find my sister and the last place I heard she was at was Lanus."

After showing Tesara her answer, she set the paper down and let out a quiet sigh.

Tesara touched Mishka’s shoulder very lightly.  “All right. We’ll do our best to find her.”  She kept her worries to herself.

" Like I said I was sent her on a  mission of peace." She took a deep breath. She could swear she heard Saba saying patents. " I understand that. Master, they will not listen to anything other the surrender they are damp night all republic and Jedi forces leave the system with 24 hours of a surrender, they are also damaging that the system join the ORA , and  that a blood relative of the queen remain in the system help them keep the peace. You should know there is a chance that the Baklid government may choose to surrender. Which I am hoping they don't but it appears our enemy has the advantage" she said. Then waited for a reply.

Mishka's smile to Tesara was genuine, but small. This woman was so kind and friendly that she reminded her of Aneta.

Hearing Astra's conversation, though, she grew slightly worried. This situation was obviously frustrating for the red haired girl and Mishka wished she could help.

For now, all she did was listen and write, "How do you think this situation will turn out?" Showing it to Tesara, she silently prayed things would go well for them.

Tesara looked sad for a moment after reading the note. “I don’t know, actually. It’s very tense. Once Astra has finished her conversation, I’m going to call our friend Ava. She’s on Baklid right now.”  She said quietly.  “We’ll find out soon I think.”

Mishka gazed at Astra, ears falling back. She had only heard one side of the conversation, but felt worried thanks to Tesara's answer. "Are we in trouble?" She wrote.

Tesara was thinking about what the force had revealed to her only moments ago.  “We aren’t, no.”  She said softly.  “Baklid is.”

Astra shook her head and headed back over to Tesara and Mishka. " well the order is not much help they did say they would support the system in its wish to be free. I believe a call to ave would be a good idea but you may want to ask her to securer the line on her end if she can" Astra said.

Mishka's ears fell back with worry and she fiddled with a corner of paper before writing, "I can stay and follow you. Maybe I'll find clues to Aneta's whereabouts while with you. I only assume she's on Lanus because that's the last place she was at before she went silent."

Looking to Astra, she shrugged. If she was in trouble for something, she had no clue what she had done.

"oh well actually it may be better for You and Tesara to head to Lanus After I speak to ava Ill call Durro and see if he can Join me here dose that sound good" Astra said as she now understood what tesara was saying. Even if she wanted to help Mishka she could not set foot on Lanus.

She’s been through a horrible trauma.”  Tesara hadn’t told Astra what had happened to the girl.  “I can help her.”  She said.  “Call Ava, we’ll stay here while you do and rejoin you at the table when we return to the meeting.”

She answer as she motion to nova and they went to her office and she closed the door. " nova can you secure our line please? " since Astra had called on the only line available due to the shield being up on Baklid. After the line was secured she responded " the line is secured, how are things going Astra? "

They will give 24 hours for republic and jedi forces to evacuate that system, they want Baklid to join the ORA, as well as a blood relative of the queen to remain on planet and keep the peace. with the smug look on Tarken's face they know one exists. oh and Tesrar said Tarken was aboard the angels blessing and that she may have seen Lysers hand in the hologram at the meeting. they have give Baklid 43 hours I think" she said quietly.

" well I may be able to by more time but its risky if you don't have another plan in place" Astra added. If she reveled who she was and Accepted the surrender perhaps she could by them a week requesting they be given time to evacuate civilians who do not wish to remain on baklid as part of the ORA. But it would mean if there plan to win the confrontation failed to free baklid then she would be forced to stay unless they rescued her mother but even then she would not with that on her mother ether.

Ava wondered if she should que her in on the reinforces from the Republic that the prime was trying to by time for to enter the system. Probably not the less information that could leak the better. " if you think that will buy more time than do it but make it so you won't be captured if something doesn't work out. If you don't think you can do it without getting captured than dont tip them off. I wouldn't want to see anything bad happened to you after all Astra. "

Mishka's ears twitched as she listened, blue eyes constantly glancing around for any sign of danger. To Tesara's question, she nodded slowly, only to jump at Astra's sudden outburst. Looking to the young woman with worry, she shrank closer to the other a bit more.

Confusion written all over her face, Mishka turned her gaze to Tesara for answers. She was concerned something was wrong with Astra, but unwilling to ask on paper.

Tesara saw Mishka jump.  "It's all right.  We're just a bit jumpy right now.  There's..." she paused, considering how to address this.  "There is a lot going on right now.  What I really want to do is go to the Jupiter One and contact Ava there but we said we would meet them again and the Jupiter One is too far away.  I appreciate your patience while we sort this out."  She smiled as kindly as she could.  She couldn't imagine what this poor girl was going through right now.  "Once aboard, we'll make a plan.  I will check with Durro to see if he got anywhere with your sisters necklace as well."  She then turned to Astra.  "It was obvious that Tarkin knew your true identity.  His smug expression told us everything we needed on that front."  She sighed.  "I think they believe that the citizens of Baklid may take to a true blood heir of the Delphinium Line ruling there under their own rule as a figurehead.  They may be concerned about open rebellion from both the Delphins and Europans if they just take over everything.  And wouldn't that be a twist of fate if both of those groups had a common enemy."  She mused, then frowned.  "The Coruscant Jedi on Baklid are aware of who you really are, correct?"  She asked Astra.

Astra looked away from Tesara distracted. " Ashanti I am in charge of this mission. Not to mention I am bakled's princess. I have said no violence, that doesn't make me week and I never wanted to be queen anyway" astra snapped again frustration clear. She shut her eyes taking a few deep breaths. " of course it's a trap what else would it be I don't even know how to lison to the will of the force" she said. Then looked to Tesara and Mishka. " im sorry Mishka I did not mean to frighten you" she said gently. " the sooner we get to the Jupiter one the better " Astra said calmly.

Mishka shifted in place, a hand reaching up toward her own neck where the necklace should be. Fresh disappointment forms on her pale face as she drops her hand to her lap.

Looking to Astra with confusion again, she pulled out the paper and scribbled on it real quick. This was the second time she had said Ashanti and snapped as if speaking to someone, but Mishka saw and heard no one.

Holding the paper up, it read: "You speak of an Ashanti and snap as if someone is there, Miss Astra. Are you okay?"

Tesara grimaced. “Quinn’s father could have told the entire order.”  She sighed.  “It’s possible they have a spy in their midst which is why Tarkin knows.”  She frowned.  “My advice when you call them is to ask them if they are aware of your identity.  If the answer is yes, tell them everything you were told here.  If not, tell them only the demands and ask what they plan to do.”
She turned to Mishka then spotted a large bench nearby.  “Come on, let’s sit there while we make these calls.  I’m sure you’re tired and likely hungry.  We’ll get food and head to the ship soon.”  It was obvious she felt guilty for dragging Mishka with her on this tense business.

Tesara sat beside Mishka.  "I understand not wanting to be around men."  she said softly.  "The pilot of our ship is a man, but he always stays in the flight deck.  He's a bit goofy, actually."  She smiled.  "I will make sure you have privacy.  You can stay in my room if you'd like.  The door is lockable and it's cozy."  She glanced at Astra, then back at Mishka.  "Would you like us to take you anywhere before we go....wherever it is we're going next?  That's still up in the air.  If you have family or friends elsewhere, I would be happy to take you to them.  If not, you are also welcome to join us wherever the Force leads."  She smiled.  "It might be a little strange here and there but I promise that no harm will come to you when I am there."

Mishka glances over Ryan's picture, mentally logging him as someone safe as she wrote. She appreciated that both Tesara and Astra were offering her help. No one had since she left home up until now.

Her writing read: "My father had me preparing for a higher education in business and politics so I could take over the Winlat company. He thought that since my sister, Aneta, was becoming a Jedi that I should be in charge of the company."

I've always been introverted and shy. I just wanted to work somewhere with books and scrolls, stuff to do with writing."

She had barely left the planet her family had moved to when getting attacked and now she would have a difficult time finding her sister. So, she wrote, "I'm not even sure Aneta is on Lanus, though. I merely remember that being the last place she was sent to before communication was cut off."

I agree that going to Lanus is a very dangerous idea, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to help you trying to find her from here.”  She glanced at Astra. “Somewhere to quietly stay low profile, huh?”  She thought of all the places they could go, and was coming up short.

Hearing her suggestion that Tesara should look with the force that Tesara would be doing that once on the Jupiter 1. Than looked confused by the name Astra just said who the heck was Ar'alani. Finding interesting how Astra was referring to herself as a princess, when wanted to be a jedi. Looking at nova and sign ' should I ask Astra who her other new friend is? ' not really sure how to approach this one. Since they were still on the line just incase Tesara or Astra needed further assistance.

Once safely aboard the Jupiter one and Mishka is safe in Tesara’s room, she goes out to the kitchen to make herself a cup of tea when her commlink goes off.  She blinks at the the message and then laughs right out loud. “Governor!  Oh Ava you’re amazing.”  She grins, then types a quick message back.  ”Governor! I’m impressed! I’ll do that. Thank you for all you do, Ava.”

I know I am."    She said, setting about the business of making sandwiches in Nova's kitchen, careful not to disturb anything.  It was Nova's safe haven and she didn't want to make a mess.

Tesara handed Astra a sandwich.  "I know, love.  I know its hard.  But Roza is likely ten times more safe wherever she is with a battalion of warriors that would defend her life with theirs while she giggles and coos at them.  Baklid is a mess right now and there's nothing you can do about it.  We'll go back when things have calmed down and help those who need it.  But we can't do anything right now other than sit tight."  She smiled a little sadly.  "I know it's become your home and you miss it, and her.  Hey have you heard anything from Quinn at all?"

Her nerves and fresh anxiety were still eating at her, causing her body to react just as much. Another tilt of her head followed another bite. She felt concern for that worried look on Tesara's face and Astra constantly talking to things that were not there

Mishka's ears fell the moment Astra spoke and bolted from the room, suddenly feeling very bad. Looking to the paper and pen, she let out a silent sigh and decided to leave her half eaten sandwich to the side. Grabbing the pen and paper, she simply wrote, "It felt wrong to have that sensation push against me like that. After what-" She paused the pen for a moment, biting her bottom lip as she glances away. "-happened to me, I really don't want anyone to force anything upon me."

"Mishka isn't all right, no.  But she will be all right."  She sighed a little.  "She was raped and beaten very badly.  I should have told you this already, but it's such a private thing, and she's so traumatized from it, I didn't want to make things awkward.  Since I apparently am good at that."  She made a face.  "Unfortunately, in your attempt to help ease her mind and give her some peaceful thoughts, it came off as yet another unwelcome...thing."  She bit her lip a little nervously.  "That was why she reacted the way she did.  She's...dealing with a lot of fear and confusion.  She misses her sister.  Like you miss Roza and want to go home."  She smiles a little at Astra.  "So when I saw you flee to the safety of this room I knew I wanted to check on you to see if you were ok, and if there's anything I can do."

Tesara shook her head.  "Hell no we're not going back to Lanus.  It's too dangerous.  We're going to find somewhere on Olavan to hang out quietly until Ava says we can return.  Meanwhile Nova is trying to find out where Mishka's sister is and if she survived the violence on Lanus.  Durro is searching for her sister's necklace, which she desperately wants.  So those are our ways to help Mishka."  She leveled a gaze at Astra.  "Now about you.  What can I do to help you?"
