(((OOC this in between occurs BEFORE "Astra checks on Hadaza" as Amy the player was asleep and Luna the player jumped ahead before I was able to do this in between. As Luna says this occurred "several hours later" that would give Tesara a chance to check on Haj before Astra does.)))
Tesara is steaming angry. She immediately follows Haj to her room on the professor's ship as soon as the testing of the rod is finished. What occurred on Priloc made her extremely angry and she knows she has to calm down, but Haj's state of mind is far more important right now. She inhales and exhales swiftly, pulling on every single thing she has ever been taught in order to calm herself down before talking to Haj. Thankfully the walk to Haj's room is enough to do that. She knows Haj can hear her following her, but thankfully Haj makes no move to stop her. When she finally catches up, Haj is opening her door. "We need to talk about what happened." Tesara says, slightly out of breath. Not from exertion, but from using those few minutes to pull herself out of a place of fiery rage.

Hadaza stops just inside the open door. "Just what makes you think I want to talk to anyone right now, Tesara?" She enters her room, but leaves the door open, an indication that, despite her protestations, she does, in fact, crave the company of someone, anyone, that she considers a friend.

"I sure wouldn't blame you after that insanity that just occurred on Priloc." She snaps. It is obvious she is frustrated as well.

Hadaza turns to face the door, and Tesara who's standing before her. "Tesara, before you come in here and," she uses "air quotes" here, " 'talk', you should know that I really don't have a lot to say. The Professor did enough talking for all of you"

Hadaza has never seen Tesara angry before. The last time she was angry it was on the deck of the Jupiter One and she was shouting at Ryan and Durro. Now she looks positively enraged. "It takes a lot to make me angry, but I am very angry, and not at you. If you think for a second that I agree with what the professor said about you, you're wrong." She is standing rigidly straight. "I didn't appreciate being told to shut up by him either. I asked him to translate to the Priloc to stop them from attacking you to stop you from going further up or into the tree and he decided that my words weren't worth translating and that put your life in danger. So yes, he did a whole lot of talking and I was left speechless." She exhales hard. "I came to check on you because I care about you. You're my student and my friend and what he did and said was...was..." She cannot even come up with the word. "You have every right to be hurt and angry. I am as well. I cannot allow myself to continue this way, it leads to the dark and temptation. I just wanted you to know I don't agree with him." Her voice is low, her body is rigid. She is not shouting, despite looking like she wants to. She knows if she shouts, it may affect Haj negatively.

Her voice softens, but not her tone or her posture. "I heard you, Tesara, for all the good it did. Your Professor Kenobi is just as bad as your former master. Worse perhaps, as he kept his suspicions about me to himself til the truth served him better. Watch that one, Tesara. He is ruthless in his pursuit of the Swarm. Not even you are safe from his consuming passion."
She turns to the desk and reaches for her datapad. Instead, she places both palms on the desktop and leans over the surface, shoulders tense. "You should leave. Its already been determined that I am not safe to be around."
She turns back to Tesara, assessing the other woman's demeanour. Through clenched teeth, she says, "Neither, it seems, are you. Words spoken now would be regretted later and I like you too much to see you compromised any further by your association with me."

"I'll associate with who I want when I want." She grinds out. "But you're not wrong about me needing to calm down. In this state I may march to the professor's room and shout until I am blue in the face and that wouldn't do anyone any good." She closes her eyes for a moment, breathing in and out. "I will come check on you later. But Haj, please know....I don't think you're a spy, or a traitor, or any of those things. You're Haj. And that is enough for me." She turns, grasps the door handle, and pulls the door behind her as she leaves.
