Tesara talks to Alizee 6/29/21
Tesara dressed in a simple linen outfit a little fancier than she normally wore, but Ava had given her a few credits to buy something nice so she would fit in better at the meetings. She located where Alizee was staying by inquiring with Mrs. Pounds. Luckily, she had already been prepared for Tesara to ask this question because she knew Ava had requested it of her. Mrs. Pounds handed Tesara a slip of paper with an address on it. She took a taxi to the address and waited while they contacted Alizee to see if she would see Tesara.

The knocked on the door was a surprise, Alizee got up from the chair and walked across the penthouse apartment. The two story apartment was larger than most of her entire village. The long silk dress she wore was the latest Coruscant fashion, though a bit more riskier than what those highborns would wear. For her, it didn't matter. She loved showing off her long legs and smooth skin. She motioned for her guest to stay, "its okay Tommy, I got it."
As she walked to the door, she pondered once more, rather she should have a servant or not. Originally she had considered before dismissing the idea as silly. She walked over to the door and opened it. She was surprised to see the simple dressed woman behind the two men who guarded this level. "Tesara," she questioned almost not believing her eyes.

She smiled and nodded, "you too," she said softly confused by the fashionable outfit. "Come in," she said waving off the two guards. "Come in," she moved to the side to allow Tesara in.

“Thanks!” She stepped inside and glanced around. “This is lovely. Far better than where you before.” She smiled again. The view was beautiful. “How are you?”

She laughed, "yeah, but this is just the beginning." She led Tesara in to the main room with a view of the Capitol that was simply wonderful. "Tesara this is a good friend of mine, Tommy Vext. He is the lead singer of a band called Bad Wolves." She smiled as she motioned Tesara to sit down, "we are doing a joint concert next week for the troops."
Tommy rose up from his chair, "ma'am." The man was covered in tattoos and looked more like a smuggler than a singer.
"So Tesara, what brings you here," Alizee asked speaking in basic. Her hatred for her culture and language still well on display.

“Hello, nice to meet you.” She said to Tommy, her smile was genuine. Never in 1 million years would she have said she would be meeting all of these fascinating people when she was still on Lanus. “I’m so thrilled you’re doing what you love, you’re so good at it, it would have been a shame if you hadn’t gotten away.” She said, sitting carefully as to not wrinkle the suit. It was taking some getting used to. “Oh yes, I’m here about something similar, actually. My friend Ava Forma is planning a charity event and we were hoping you would come and perform.”

Tommy leaned back in his chair as he sipped on his glass. The drink wasn't something that a highborn would be drinking, but the glass was clearly cut from the world of the Highborns.
Alizee leaned forward in her chair with interest in her eyes, "Ava Forma, you mean Lady Forma," she asked softly.

Alizee laughed as she turned to Tommy, "this is one of the women who conspired to have be perform sexually for them." The laughed then corrected the story, "well not completely. They plotted their little game to get me hooked up with Cam Thorium."
He raised an eyebrow at the story as she continued. "It was one of the most pivotal moments in my life." She turned back to Tesara, "in more ways that one."

Tesara blinked, confused. “I wasn’t… that’s not…. “. She frowns. “Lady Loran put that in motion. I wouldn’t have pushed you to do anything like that.” Her voice shook a little. “I don’t know what made you think that I had anything to do with it.”

Alizee laughed, "no no Tesara, not you. Lady Forma and all those Highborn tramps." There was a smile on her face, that clearly indicated no ill towards Tesara.

“Ava didn’t have anything to do with it either.” She said quietly. “So does that mean you’re not interested in performing at the event? I was really hoping you would, but I can understand if you don’t want to.”

Alizee stood up as she waved off the comment, "Of course I am interested. After all, if not for them and their sick little games, I wouldn't be here." She walked over to a beverage cart and poured Tesara a drink. "I would be back in my crappy little village, knee deep in murky water, farming." She laughed again, "I actually owe all this to their little sick game."

Tesara relaxed. Alizee was wrong about Ava, but that’s not what she was here to do. “I’m glad you’re not. That business with your father…” she frowned and shook her head. “Your sister was sweet but just was stubborn as the rest of them.” She took the glass and thanked her. “Do you still see the battle master Thorium?”

Alizee handed the crystal glass to Tesara. "This is the finest wine on all of Baklid. According to my manager, it was bought from the Prime Minister who took it from the Summer Palace. It was bottled over a hundred years ago."
She walked over and set down listening to what Tesara had to say. "My people are fools. They will always be fools as long as they hold on to the old ways." She took a sip of her wine and gave a slight giggle, "is currently my agent while we are still in negotiations with Argos. Though right now, I am sure he is at another one of those high level meetings about this or not."

Tesara made a mental note that the Prime Minister had removed wine from the Summer Palace, meaning it was likely he had removed other things as well. She wondered if there was an inventory list anywhere they should start checking. She sipped the wine and was pleased at the taste. “Mmm…that’s amazing.” She murmured. “I’m starting to get familiar with high-level meetings myself.“ She laughed a little pointing at her suit. “It’s a whole different world working for an executive. I’m so much more comfortable in my own clothes, but I have to admit, it does make me stand up a little bit straighter to be wearing this.” She smiled. “I’m glad to hear you’re still interested in performing. It’s going to be a charity event for an idea Ava has for a school. It would benefit a lot of the children here on Baklid.”

Alizee smiled as she moved her glass off to the side, "I really don't prefer the taste," she said looking at it. "But its the best on the world. So of course it has to be mine."
She tilted her head slightly to the left, "so what is this idea that you want me to sing for?"

Tesara set down the wine. “I know you don’t care for Ava, but she now is working for SunCo. She has a lot of ideas on how to help the mess that Baklid has become, and the first one is a school. So for instance, somebody like your sister could come to the school and learn and be educated rather than toil away forever like her ancestors before her and her children after her. It’s a way to break the cycle. We’re trying to raise money for it.”

Alizee's smile shifted in to a grin, "I have to say, I am very interested." She took a sip of her wine before looking back at Tesara, "oh and I am sure that it shall be called something pompous. Some Foundation or whatever."
She paused still holding her smile, "I like the idea of shattering the bounds that has enslaved my people to the past." She paused slightly then added, "do you have the dates of the event?"

Tesara shook her head. “not yet, I think we wanted to wait to see if you were even interested before planning dates. However, I can let you know the moment I know when this is happening. You’d be the headliner.” She grinned. “it’ll be amazing.” She decided not to give the quip about a pompous foundation name any attention. The truth was, if Sunco wasn’t footing the bill, she had absolutely no idea what name Ava would use.

There was a moment of silence between the three of them. It was Tommy who was the first who spoke up, "a headliner," he said softly. "Could be the break Argos has been promising."
Alizee nodded, "yes," she said softly. "There are a number of angles I like about this idea."
"Tell me," she said softly taking a sip of her wine. "Who will be the audience." She paused then explained herself. "I have performed for mostly troops and at Pro-Government rallies. Getting before a real audience would be very helpful to my career."

She smiled, "I have some conditions before I agree to the negotiations. Conditions that must be promised or I will not sing for you."
She moved and held out her hand with a single finger up, "first, I want Lady Loran there. I want her to see me on her stage, as her guest."
She grinned and to ensure this is the message, "I want Lady Forma to introduce me personally, AND greet me on the stage with a hug and a kiss."
Tommy interrupted, "sexy."
Alizee rolled her eyes and gave him a sideways look as she clarified, "on the cheeks, prev."
She turned back to Tesara, "make these things happen and I will intruct my Agent to negotiate with you, and I will donate my earnings that night to Lady Forma's charity."

Tesara pulled out her commlink to jot down the notes of Alizee's requests. She pauseda little at the request about Lady Loran, but did not say anything about it. "Your earnings...I need clarification on that. Are you charging us for your performance and then you will take and donate it to the charity? I just want to make sure I am clear about your expectations."

Alizee leaned back in her chair as she ran her fingers through her short cut black hair. She whipped her hair to the side as she spoke, "I shall let my Agent handle those details. But I give my word, those earnings that Lady Loran and her lap dog gives me shall be donated in my name."

Tesara nods. "Obviously I cannot promise anything right now, which is why I understand you cannot commit right now either. Your demands are fair, although I have to admit, having Lady Loran back in Austerity makes me want to be ANYWHERE else." She shudders. "Horrible woman." She looks back at Alizee. "I'll take your list to Ava and we'll be in touch with your agent." She smiles. "I'm really happy for you, Alizee." She says, standing and smoothing the suit, praying it didn't get too wrinkled.

Alizee doesn't get up, "you think Lady Forma is any different. Let us not forget the game those two played. They took a minor and set her up with a man who was known for being a sexual deviant."
Her eyes narrowed, "they wanted to make a mockery out of him and use me like common trash to do it. Tell me, did Lady Forma show you the holocording of my virginity being brutally taken?"
There was a slight smile as she spoke, "tell her, it hurt more than anyone ever wanted me. But each tear, each sob was given its returns and will keep giving long after I forget this horrible little world."
Her word were meant to bite, "those monsters, Forma, Graff and Loran.....they simply underestimated how badly I wanted to leave this crap world and life behind. They played their sadistic game, but I won because I wanted it more than they could imagine."
She let her lips curl in to a smile that reflected her cold passion and determination.

She waved, "oh and Tesara. The man who was meant to be my abuser.....I have turned him. I own him. Heart, soul and mind."
She leaned back and took a drink of her wine as she allowed Tesara to leave the apartment.

Tesara did notreply to anything Alizee said. The girl was 100% in the hating Ava camp and there was nothing she could do to change her mind. She would report to Ava everything that happened and let whatever was going to happen, happen. She sighed as she descended in the elevator, wanting to get home and change back into something more comfortable.
