The Library
Once Lyssiere (spelling) left the party to settle before dinner, Unna went into her quarters and unpacked a few items that seemed harmless to leave unattended, which included her freshly washed clothing, the quarterstaff she crafted at the enclave, and crafting tools. She did not leave her scroll, her discblade, or Passik's lightsaber. The scroll was packed into her satchel and she wore the disk and lightsaber beneath her cloak.
Next, Unna found her way to the library, hoping that one of the books would help her to better understand exactly what kind of universe she found herself in. She walked inside and looked around.

RE: The Library
She nodded, "I would love the company. Sure the other students come here, but not nearly as often as I think they should." she got up from her chair and walked over to one of the shelves. "I don't blame them. Too often" she continued to speak as she pulled out a book from the shelve, "they chase legends. There is a drive for them to chase glory. But they don't think too much about history. Just glory."
Lysire walked back to the table with the book in her arms, "this is one of my favorites" she said placing the book on the table. The title on the book is Dynasties of the Stars: Legendary Jedi Families. The book was large, over two feet from top to bottom and a foot and half wide. The large book was thick with hundreds of entries.
Lysire flipped through the pages as Unna watched Family Crests passed, "Here" she said pointing at a green shield with six old fashion candles lined up from top to bottom on the right side of the shield. On the left side was another line of six old fashion candles. Between the two lines was a woman wearing a blindfold holding a candle before her. The woman was dressed in a white flowing gown. Under the shield was a gold banner with the word Chun elegantly written on the banner. "This is Master Chun's family crest. The Chun family of Commenor are well known. I told you he was legendary." As she flipped the pages, names passed Unna's sight. Lysire stopped at a page for Jedi Commander Urias Chun, "here he is."

RE: The Library
As Unna read the accounts of Jedi Commander Chun, she read about a remarkable career that seemed to be cut short during the Vena upraising. The upraising gained the attention of the Republic and peacekeepers were dispatched under the command of Lord Jedi Ba'lish Fa'Fung. Two divisions were sent to restore peace and order while delegates from the Republic attempts to negotiate a peace between the two factions. The two Republic divisions cut through the rebels and victory seemed assured. The Republic was able to work out a peace deal with the rebels. In light of new evidence, the local government fell out of favor with the Republic. These two events caused the Republic to order their peace keepers from Vena. Lord Jedi Ba'lish refused the order, Jedi Knight Chun assumed command and forced the withdraw. Ba'lish and a small group Republic peacekeepers led local loyalists in an attempt to press the advantage. Lacking Republic support, the battle was a slaughter. The Rebels (now the official government of Vena) won the upraising. Tens of thousands died during the final days of the fighting as the Rebels hunted down anyone that had opposed them.
Jedi Chun left the ranks of the Republic Military. He wondered the outer rim selling his services to the Hutts as a hired sword. During this time, he led a unit called the Three Companies. This Merc outfit was known for their brutal attacks against the enemies of the Hutts across the Outer Rim. Little is known of his actual actions during this time, however horrific rumors do make their way back to the Jedi of Master Chun's deeds.
Five years later he returns to the Jedi Order with a female companion, Falynn Drase. Despite his dark taint, his family uses their influence to allow the two an audience with the Jedi Grand Council. After that meeting, both are welcomed in to the Jedi Order. Their first mission is to hunt down and end the threat known as the Three Companies. Master Chun and his companion take a handful of Rangers and set out on the task. Two months later, the unit known as the Three Companies was no more.
After thankless service and proving his loyalty, Master Chun is awarded with the rank of Jedi Commander while his companion, Falynn is awarded the honorary rank of Master. Jedi Commander Chun led one of the most elite Knight Warden units the Order ever saw. Some of its heroic member were Rose Sheridan, Sinya, Eric Septun, Garth, and Falynn.
Jedi Commander and his hunters were pursuing a group of dark siders on the world of Devin in the Baklid system. If not for the support of Devin's crown prince, Jedi Commander Chun and his team would have been whipped out. Eric Septun, Garth and Rose Sheridan all perished on Devin. Jedi Master Sinya choose to leave the order and married the Crown Prince of Devin, Prince Qu'lia Chalco.
Jedi Commander and Jedi Master Drase took command of the 501st and continued their duties as a Knight Warden.

RE: The Library
Once Unna finished reading the entries shown to her by Lysire, she looked up at her new friend with gratitude and smiled. "Thank you. This is all so fascinating. I can't personally understand why you don't have more company here, but I would be happy to join you often. I find that everyone has their priorities, like we both prioritize knowledge. Even if the others prioritize glory, it is certainly unfortunate how they don't realize that history is such an important supplement. It's like vegetables. Sure, we can live without them, but the nutrients try provide benefit our bodies as a whole!" Unna giggled. "I ramble sometimes. It's a product of thinking way more than I speak! Anyway, I am very grateful for the books your mother has provided and I thank you for your interest, because it seems these books would not be here had you not desired them. I've spent nearly half my life living on a small, remote settlement after my father's ship crashed, so I'm afraid I'm not caught up on current events."

RE: The Library
Lysire smiled and nodded, "I love my books. When I was a little girl, I remember when I first arrived at the Royal Palace. The place that would become my home. I was so scared but excited at the same time. I mean who couldn't be excited about becoming a princess. I found the library and it soon became my favorite place in the entire palace." She leaned back in her chair as she remembered her childhood. "I used to stay in there for days on end" she said with stars in her eyes, "My mother and I used to read book after book. At first she would read to me, then as I learned to read she would let me read to her."
Lysire leaned forward and frowned, "I get some of the students down here from time to time. When we are given assignments, they will come down here to get help about these assignments." She looked back at Unna, "I am glad you like books too." She smiled, "I love the idea of having a new friend."

RE: The Library
Unna smiled as she listened to Lysiere talk about her childhood. Although she wasn't a princess, she saw a little bit of herself in Lysiere's story as she thought back to her childhood aboard the ship. The loss of yet another loved one, Passik, burned freshly in her heart, making it more difficult than usual to conceal her pain. Her lip quivered and she realigned her posture to compose herself before speaking. "My mother used to read to me as well, until I learned to do so myself. She died when I was 8 though. Auro's parents died with my mother. I actually used to read to him when he was a baby, until he learned to read for himself.
Books were my way of having fun on the ship with my parents. I was friends with Ashla until I was three years old, but my mother took me away from that world and we were separated for a long time. After that, I only had adults to talk to for a long time, so I turned to books to help me escape. Auro hatched when I was 7, then I got to read to him until he got old enough to read himself."
"I am glad to have a new friend too!" Unna smiled. "It's especially wonderful to have a friend who is interested in books too! I hope you won't mind that I am behind on events. Hey, Lysiere," Unna said kind of nervously with hope sparkling in her eyes, "Would you be willing to help me catch up on current events? I didn't have the news where I was before here. I have literally just come out of the woods!"

RE: The Library
Unna frowned as Lysire talked about the fates of her biological parents. Still, Lysire seemed content with where The Force has guided her. "I'm sorry to hear about your birth parents. If you ever want to talk about it, I am willing to listen. It seems like your life has turned out to be a fantasy story though." Unna thought of how some worlds have a caste system and how this universe seems to operate in a similar fashion, according to what she read in Dynasties of the Stars. Unna asked Lysire if she thought she would get married off and Lysire indicated that while it is the norm, she believed her mother would never do that to her, because her mother believed in true love. Unna had a hunch that Sinya was Lysire's mother, once it was revealed that Lysire was adopted. Lysire confirmed this.
It made sense now why Lysire was into romance novels now!
"There will be plenty of time to catch up on current events," Unna said hopefully. "For now, I am enjoying getting to know you better. What's your favorite way to use The Force?"
