Simon quietly used the oil to clean his custom-made .45, admiring the sheen of the odd metallic substance he had made. It was lighter, faster, and high caliber. The perfect perforate of paper targets. Several of them had bullet holes all about the silhouette at different paces, practicing drawing and firing. This was cleanup, picking up the brass to reload it later, letting Solaire devour the rounds for a snack.

With the bag of empty brass rounds and some raw material, Simon headed towards his Forge Area to get to work.

Richard was already waiting by the forge, reading a book and waiting for Simon. With his mind divided he could read two pages at once and with a little time magic thrown in he could read twice as fast. From the looks of it he had just started the book over again.

Noticed that his bro was waiting for him at the Forge. Taking his sack of brass shells, he shook it a few times near Richard to attempt to get his attention, as well as saying. "Hello Bro. What's up?" And then awaited to see if there was a reply. At the same time, Solaire was making sure that the Golem was strapped tightly to the table, just in case that regenerating sonnofabitch came back.

The jingle of metal and the greeting by his brother did not rouse Richard. The shooting had been distracting him and he had turned off his heading to focus on his book. I really need to find another book, he thought to himself.

Knew that his bro was probably fazed out again. So Instead of doing something bad, Simon simply moved to wave a hand in front of the book, in the space between the book and his eyes. If that didn't work however, Simon would grumble and prod him directly on the nose, as if tapping a faucet.

Richard saw a hand move across his book and brought himself back to the present. "Simon, you're finally finished." He looked his brother ever, "I was just curious if you had finished with my pistol?"

Let out a laugh. "Finished? Brother, I've gathered materials, but creating a magical pistol isn't just a snap. It requires coaxing the metal. What sort of weapon do you want anyway? A small caliber? Something higher? What can you handle?" Simon wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the world, but it came to the point of knowing exactly what one wanted.

"Hell, I don't know. I thought you were just going to make me whatever you made yourself? Personally, I'd rather you just make my suits stronger."

Looked at him inquisitively, before shrugging. "Sure, same cost as before, no problem. It'll just be IOU's. Or whatever. The only reason I started a cost thing was to balance out what I use." Simon explained, before putting down all of the gun-making equipment and rolling shoulders. "So, wanna know something freaky? When I was casting spells at the VAmpires, the Paradox was turning me into a Bat!"

"A bat?" Could paradox do that, Richard wondered. Well obviously it had, Simon was simple but he didn't have any reason to lie. "Could you fly?"
