Richard tried to stay busy. He reached out to his mentor and told him sit what he had learned and what he had seen while looking over different parts of the world but he had obviously not seen what he was supposed to find. Richard also spoke of the coming fight and how they planned to attack. He realized, if nothing else, that they did not need to go into this fight in exactly 10 days. He would mention this to his team whenever they expressed the need for urgency.

Richard also spent time working his case, trying to find a way to bring his target to justice. The problem was proving in court that this thug had made someone else kill a specific target. Vigilante justice as all he could come up with currently, he considered it an option.

He spent most of his time working with his team. Assisting with spells, training with Ferris, and taking time to consult with everyone on the best strategy for the main event.

When he had time he also started working on extended casting. He knew that he could be more effective with his magic, especially with his physic sword he just wasn't sure how yet. He was determined to learn.
