RE: A Cake for Lysire
The younger version of Lysire slid off the broken table and moved over to Unna, "it's strange how she is so fearful of something yet to come. We don't know her yet, yet she fears our death."
"Her kind doesn't understand that all things must pass on" the older version of Lysire slid. Then added, "even we had to pass from her world to ours."
"Some have moved on freely in their time," the present version said. "Others, like us, we taken before our time. But she has become blind to what is before her. She thinks this future. She doesn't understand she doesn't live in the future."
The younger version reached out and touched Unna's face so softly. "She doesn't see her homeworld as it is. We feel sadness for her."
