"It has been my task each time." She said with a nod. "When I was you, I had the same conversation with my future self. I thought I was smarter than they were. I tried to change how things would be. I learned two important lessons. One you can change things. But there are things that can't be changed. Not because it's impossible. But because it's too important for the result to be risked."
She turned her head towards the four creatures, "I will do everything in my power to help you. Just like you will do the same once it becomes your turn to take my place." She paused a moment, "first thing you need to understand is that they don't hear you or see you. I don't know how they manage to communicate but it's like they live in a different medium than we do. They can sense us through the force. Our emotions, our thoughts. They can read us better than we can understand ourselves."
She sighed softly, "as I said. It like they are the entire universe and we are but rabbits on distant worlds. We can look up at the universe all we want. But hardly does the universe glance back at us."
