Unna frowned as Master Mika spoke of how they only received the basic minimum for nutrition. "I can imagine they are left feeling unfulfilled with the basics. That's why I have been saving my fruits and breads for them. I wanted to help lift their spirits a little. It's simple food and a simple gesture, but sometimes simple pleasures can go a long way. I doubt it would do that much, but I thought it was the most I could do for now and at least I could show I cared."

Unna pondered the Master's question and thought back to a time when her father was escorting a man who had been injured. "Is it because you know that relying on The Force to move you would cause your muscles to atrophy, making it harder for you to move on your own? It's kind of like using a back or neck braces. Braces hold your body up, but then the muscles rely on the brace rather than themselves to stay upright. Then they grow weaker. I remember this from knowing someone who Was hurt in an accident and refused to wear a brace for that reason."

"But Master...when I do simple things with The Force, it isn't to rely. It is to practice. I actually just learned to move objects with the force recently. I am working my way up. I started with moving books and now I can move that chair. i won't even try to hide it though..." Unna began to smile as she made her confession, "it sure does come in handy when I carry around a lot of books and I need to take a moment to open a door or Auro's pet comes running toward me and I raise them higher to keep them safe! I like to practice the skill often, so I will be good at it should the need ever arise."
