Ni averted her gaze and considered his words. What Gadeon saw in Ni's eyes just then was some unsettled, jaded thing lurking behind her usual mask. He recognized this as the same oddity that briefly showed itself the morning that Ni came to the Corruscant Jedi temple to speak with him; the first time she told him about the clone, Zay, that needed their help--the 'damsel in distress'. However, just as quickly as it surfaced, it was buried completely under Ni's usual smile as her expression shifted to lighten the mood.

"It has been kinda frustrating, actually," laughed Ni, turning to look at him again as she confided, "She has to always keep everything neat and tidy, always organizing and cleaning my things. But I don't want her to work so I try to do everything so that she has nothing to do--which is not fun at all," she rolled her eyes, "Still, she always finds something..."

The Zeltron frowned and sighed, "I've been meaning to ask you advice about her, by the way. The life she experienced has left her a little..." she struggled for the right word, "broken...But I don't know how to fix something like this. Could you help me?" Then Ni realized that they were still talking in the street and added, "Well, once we find a place to get comfortable. Are you hungry? I hope the food is good here!"
