Cox in the Cockpit

[Unna Hi Chaanu]

Unna stood up and eyed Cox, then Ni, then Cox again as Cox said he tripped and it wasn't her fault. Unna knew that Cox was covering for Ni (Unna knows this because I contacted Bob to do sense motive). For whatever reason he was covering for her, Unna would not reveal that he was holding back in front of the other present party members.

She turned to Ashla, "I am going back to the main hold."

She turned to Cox and said "good luck," with a forced smile of sarcasm on her face, knowing what must look like a tryst gone very wrong.

On her way out, she turned Ni with a skeptical glare and held it for a few moments before exiting the cockpit. Unna didn't need to use telepathy to convey how upset she was over whatever had just transpired. As she left, she acknowledged Bay with a nod.

Ashla had returned with Gadeon and stood outside listening to what had occurred. She felt sorry that Ni was accused and was confused by Unna's glaire at Ni. Giving Ni a quick hug. " it wasn't your fault but do try to be more careful. We wouldn't want to see anyone accidently hurt okay. " than headed out after Unna. Heading back to the common area.

"Mr. Whiskey is lying," said Ni simply, glancing at Gadeon nervously when he turned to leave, "I don't know if it's cuz he is embarrassed or he thinks I will get in trouble, but he is lying." She turns to Unna pointedly, as if encouraging her to screen for lies, then faces Jonash. "It's ok, Mr. Whiskey. You don't have to be ashamed of wanting to have sex--or, as you like to call it, a conversation. But now you need medical attention, so I think I'll just continue the 'conversation' with myself."

With that the Zeltron headed for the exit, glimpsing over at Gadeon apologetically before leaving the cockpit with her head down. Ni's head shoots up again when she passes Bay. She gives him a smile and a wave before continuing down the corridor.

Cox exits the room briskly without saying a word. He catches up to Ni and attempts to grab her hand and lead her towards his room.

"Go get medically cleared," she says firmly, this serious side to her very rare and unprecedented, pulling her hand away, "I'll see you later, ok?" Her usually perky demeanor has dissipated.

Gadeon set a solid frown on his face. A hand reached out to stop Jonash. "Whatever else the truth may be, you do need to come down to med bay for the medical droids to take a look at you." Her looked to Ashla, can you make sure Ni is ok." Jonash would easily be able to push through Gadeon if he tried, he was not the type to use physical force except to protect those he was loyal to and those that could not protect themselves.

Cox's eyes well up with tears, "I didn't mean for this to happen to you." He tries to walk past Ni towards the #2 hold and accidentally bumps into her and uses the wall to catch his balance. Ni can hear Cox sob lightly a couple times before he goes quiet and then she stops hearing his footsteps as well.

Cox enters the #2 hold which is relatively empty. There are makeshift stations for Medical exams and Robot construction located here. Cox calls up one of the medical staff and asks to be checked up.

Jaden looked back at Bay and nodded his head. "Yeah man feel free to jump into the copilot seat. I've been meaning to talk to you about our little project anyway."

Ni wanders the ship in search for a quiet place to curl up alone. She rarely felt the need for solitude, but her sexual frustration coupled with Unna's penetrating glare had brought her to what could only be described as her "sadness threshold."

On Ashla's way to the cock pit, she sence something in the force. Pulling her somewhere else, wondering the ship a little. She noticed Ni curled up and frowned. As she approched Ni and kneel down giving her a hug. " hey Ni " she spoke softly. As she stroke Ni's back.
