Physical description:
Not very heavy (at 143 lbs for his 5' 9¾") and not very physical (due to an accident in his childhood that left him in the hospital), Adrian tries to stay fit.
Used to blend in the streets, he wears usually the leather/jeans combo that are common among the street people in Coventry III and keep the “wild” short dark blonde/light brown haircut that is quite common there. His only trademark is his mirroshades that he uses quite often to hide and protect his blue eyes.
Psychological Profile:
While being openly antisocial/solitary and bordering on the rebel character (making it difficult for him to obey direct orders at some times), Adrian Libby is an optimist, always knowing that he will find a solution to the problem he is facing in his quest for “going where no one has gone before”.
Honest to his word, he except nothing else from the people he faces and deals with, knowing well that without the others and what they do it would be difficult to reach its goals.
History:
Born in a middle class family with both his parents working for Coventry Metal Works, the life of young Adrian was destroyed when he was 10 after his parents died in a car accident that left him in the hospital for almost 2 years.
Unable to pay the bills and left out in the streets, Adrian was recruited by a local mobster that paid for his bills in return for a life of service. This was not done out of charity but because this boss saw the need for an “information researcher” (a more diplomatic way of saying a informatics bounty hunter) and unable to find someone with enough computer backgrounds to do the job in his net, found the perfect man in Dave Libby (no family alive, in need of money, computer literate) and paid to have him be taught about computers, databases... Seeing it perhaps as a way to get through the trauma he had just lived, Adrian dived into it and began to excel at this new job.
He excelled so much at it that he brought the attention of a bigger shark and was sold by his first boss to make for a debt he had with a bigger Family. Feeling betrayed by the man he owned his current situation to, Adrian Libby decided to move ahead and try to move forwards.
This worked until one day while doing some research he found out some tiny evidences linking Coventry Metal Works, the LCAF, the mob and the accident suffered by his family. Not knowing if he would be able to pursue his private researches while working for the organised crime, he decided to leave but first secured his liberty by leaking info to the police leading to arrests.
What Adrian didn't anticipate was that by doing so, the mob would hunt him down to make him pay. Thanks to one of his few friends that worked at the Spaceport, he managed to escape taking the first flight available.
After going from world to world and landing on Melissia where serveral Merc units were there, Adrian Libby decided that the best solution for his safety would be to bring as many 'Mechs as possible between him and the potential killers. This is why he joined one of them as a communication specialist.
