Briefing’s with Unar and Duncan (Open for everyone)

Ashla headed down the hall searching for both Unar and Duncan. She was looking for them because she knew they might be wondering why Gadeon, Auro, Unna, and herself kept referring to things being different. When ever they was in a situation or when thing's came up. She wanted to fill them in on those reasons and answer any questions they might had. Ashla spotted them finally and approached them with a warm smile on her face. “Hello “she paused gathering her thoughts. “I was wondering if I could speak to both of you on an important matter? “

One of the things he disliked about space travel was all the downtime as you went from one system to another. And since they were on a destroyer, there was little chance of Auro's life being in danger which meant even more free time. Fortunately as he was taught so many years ago by his first master, was that you could use that time to delve into meditation and contemplation and use that to strengthen your connection to the force. He wasn't sure if his connection was stronger or not, but his confusion sure was. And as such there was only so much meditating he could do so he went to the mess hall.

And as happy as he was to not be meditating, he was even happier to have someone to talk to was a Force send. "Please Ashla, by all means pull up a chair and tell us what's on your mind."

Ashla pulled up a chair and sat down at the table in the mess hall. Like everyone else she looks could see Duncan’s connection to the force. Just like everyone she looks at she sees everyone’s connection like a vase body of water. Some great some small, however in Duncan’s case she could not sense the depths of his connection. “There’s a lot on my mind right now, am not even sure how to explain it all. “She leaned back in her chair looking at Duncan. “You see, me, Auro, Gadeon and Unna aren’t from this time. I know it sounds a little crazy but we come from a different place. Am not sure if it’s from a different time or different dimension. Am not even sure how we even got here exactly. “

Duncan was stunned. He had heard rummors that something was strange about this group. He had even begun to suspect something himself through things they had said since he had been with them. He looked at her and could tell she was waiting for a response of some kind. But in truth he didn't know what to say. He had been with them to long to know that she wasn't lying, she believed what she was saying was true. "So.... what's different about this place and where you came from?" he was finally able to ask.

Unna had spent much time in transit contemplating and meditating on her visions. She must have been doing so for a long time, since she began to feel the pangs of hunger. She packed her satchel with her usual items and headed toward the mess hall.

Perhaps it was the will of the Force that prompted her to go to the mess hall. Maybe it was just a coincindence, but she and Ashla have been linked since they were toddlers. She had a knack for finding her longest friend. Without grabbing any food, she approached the table where Ashla was speaking with Duncan, overhering his question.

"Duncan, I do not know if you would believe me if I told you. The new Chancellor does not believe it at all and thinks we were brainwashed. I would be interested to know if she briefed you on the situation."

Ashla laughed a bit at question, “where we came from, the Jedi are all but gone. Betrayed by a being known as Lord Vader. This monster help the Emperor destroy the Jedi Order and hunted down those that remained. The man who protected and hid us from the Empire gave his life so that we could escape and be here today.” She looked up as Unna walked in and took her sit at the table. “There is so much that is different,” Ashla said as she noticed Duncan’s lightsaber on his belt. “Even carrying a lightsaber was considered against the law where we came from. I don’t know why we were brought here” Ashla said still not completely understanding of the whole reasons behind their arrival. “But I suspect that it has much to do with a coming conflict that could reshape this universe.”

She paused to give Unna a moment to cut in and speak. Once Unna was finished with her statement Ashla continued, “I don’t know much of what the Chancellor might think of us. But what I do know, is that there are things about this place that I am happy for. Such as being Jedi. I never had a chance to be part of the Jedi Order back where we come from. When I was born, the Jedi were already gone. What I know of them was considered legend and old outlawed teachings. As I walk here and see them, I wonder how magnificent they must have been where I come from. I know that there are many differences between the Jedi here and where I am from. Such as the Jedi weren’t part of the military. But then again, they did lead the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars.” Ashla paused to let someone else speak while she gathered her thoughts.

"I don't know what to believe." he replied honestly. "No as I've told you before, I wasn't told anything about you and your group. Now that's not to say that I hadn't heard rumors."

"Duncan," Unna spoke softly, "what Ashla says is true, but to add to that, we come from an enclave that was on an Alderaan now destroyed. The last thing I remember before our ship crashed and the 501st found us was a moon appearing as we fled from the Alderaan we were from, then the entire planet exploded. The only reason we made it off world alive was because we had to flee from bounty hunters."

Unna paused before speaking again. "Many things are different here. Where we came from, the 501st was not Jedi. They were the opposite faction. It was a shock to find they were helping us here, rather than hunting us. The first chance I had, I looked up Alderaan to find out if it existed. It did. There are also other versions of us that exist, or did exist here. The Ashla of this universe was poisoned. An entire world was scorched to ensure the demise of the version of me that existed here."

Unna trailed off and wondered why she was even telling this story again.

"I must sound crazy."

"Yes... yes you do." he said truthfully. "However if you told someone that had never heard of the Force, the things we can do through it, they'd think we were crazy as well." he added. "There is something in what we've been taught to say that it isn't possible even if we've never seen it before. Did you by any chance happen to have any aritfacts from where you are from?" he asked. His curiosity about how the Jedi were there had been peaked. He wondered how it was that they could have allowed themselves to have been destroyed.

[Unna Hi Chaanu]

"Yes, we do," Unna answered, "although none of it could exactly prove anything. I will show you what I have in a more private setting. We as a collective also possess learning materials that you may find interesting, but Auro has them in his posession. None of it can exactly be used as concrete evidence. One who is seeking doubt will always find a way to not believe."
