What did I miss?
The first rays of morning timidly peaked over the horizon as a hulking, muddy figure of Gar made her way into the town, something thick and heavy hanging from her back. As the sun continued its ascent, and Gar continued her trek through the houses of the settlement, the expanding dim light gently revealed the half-orc's smudged, tired face and the glazed eyes of a dead hog that hung over her shoulder. She noticed a familiar Inn, for she could not read the flowery "Dew Drop Inn" sign that hung above the bright pink door, and approached it, giving it a few firm, resonating knocks with her beefy knuckles.
A portly female dwarf answered, squeaked in surprise, and almost slammed the door back in Gar's face. "Oh! Sorry, dearie--uh, Miss--uh, I apologize," the rosie-cheeked lass stuttered, covering with a nervous laugh, "I hardly recognized ya under all that mud! Come, come--" she yelled over her shoulder, "Borris!! She brought another one!!"
Gar grunted indifferently, "Morning, Mary."
A couple of stocky male dwarves greeted Gar at the door and relieved her of her dead prize, carrying it to the back entrance of the Inn. Mary ushered the half-orc inside and showed her to a table in the corner. It was a cozy inn with simple, round wooden tables and chairs with colorful cushions tied to the seats. Little knick-knacks and novelties decorated the walls and ceiling.
"Shall I draw a bath for ya, Miss?" asked Mary shyly, dabbing her forehead with her apron, seeming a bit flustered still.
"Won't be necessary," answered Gar gruffly, "Just the usual."
Mary hesitated, a little disconcerted that her guest was refusing to bathe, but she bit her tongue and nodded. "Of course, I'll skip to it!" she said heartily, departing into the kitchen through a pair of swinging doors with flowers carved into the wood.

RE: What did I miss?
It was been such an eventful morning. Elironda had journeyed through her eclipse and discovered a young human boy. She found the paintings that she was searching for. She sent a message to the rest of the cultists within the city. Took the loot and donated it to the Temple as well as the paintings and the left the boy in the caring hands of Father Jon.
Eli walked with Arwen in tow, "I get it. I understand you don't trust the temple, My Lady." Elironda was in her normal Elven peasant disguise/hax. "It is just, I don't understand it. The Temple and Father Jon has done so much for us and asked for nothing in return." She smiled in her fake smile and waved to Gar, "My Lady, there she is." she said guiding Arwen over to Gar's table. She pulled out a chair for Arwen, "My Lady," she said softly and helped Arwen up to the table.
With a soft nod and a fake smile, "Gar" she said softly taking the chair next to Arwen and closest to the door.

The half orc appeared to have been dozing off. She glanced up from her seat and squinted at Elironda. "Hmph. Morning," Gar grunted.
Then Gar looked up at her longtime mariner friend, Arwen, and her expression softened ever so slightly. "You seem to be in high spirits. So. What did I miss?"

Arwen sighed, wondering if Elironda would say something if she didn't take the chair and sit somewhere else. She thought for an moment. "Oh, but my fair princess, it would be rude to sit down before you do. Besides, I think I shall go sit next to my good friend, Gar, if you don't mind."
Arwen moved around the table and sat down next to Gar. "Well, let's see, we heard about a trading ship that was coming to town. On this trading ship was paintings that some cultists were going to pick up. Half the party thought they'd be cute and go down to the docks looking for a orgy party boat. While they were waiting we noticed the cultists and started talking to them. Meanwhile, I stayed hidden out of site." She paused, allowing Gar to ask questions before she contuined.

RE: What did I miss?
Gar held a hand over her brows and exhaled deeply when she heard about the orgy party boat plan, grumbling, "Whose idea was--" but she stopped herself abruptly, "--Nevermind. Please, continue." The half-orc rubbed her forehead and sighed heavily. When Gar heard Elironda mention the word, her head jerked up, flinging a clump of mud up into the air. She stared intently into Elironda's eyes. "Pirates?"
Mary returned to the table with a tall cup of a steamy, milky liquid for Gar. She greeted Arwen and Elironda with a beaming smile, exclaiming jovially, "Oh! Your friends are here. What can I get for ya?"

Arwen was about to contuine when Eli spoke. "I was about to get to that part."
Arwen had noticed when Elironda had called her princess, she thought it was harmless. She guessed maybe it wasn't and she needed to be more careful, seeing what Eli was doing in her disguise.
"It wasn't any pirates..." she looked around and dropped her voice, leaning into Gar's ear to whisper, "It was Wax-heart William and his crew."

Mary nodded and made her retreat into the kitchen to retrieve Elironda's breakfast.
Gar raised her brow at Elironda, commenting, "My partner and I sailed with that mottley crew, for your information." She frowned and thought out loud, "What were they..." then shook her head and gave Arwen her full attention. "Let's go back a bit. You said you were talking to the cultists? Then what happened?" The half-orc took a swig of her tall, hot morning drink.
