Planning ahead (Open to anyone)

[Bay]

(This occurs after visiting Davin on the way to Avalon)

Bay sat in the cockpit of the 'Castaway's Hope', a data pad lay on his lap as he jotted down some numbers and smiled. He closed the file depicting fuel costs and credits earned and looked up at the swirling blue of hyperspace. He spotted Cox's ship ahead with the two smaller fighters the jedi had brought along. They were a formidable force for any loot hungry pirates.

Bay leaned back and placed his hands behind his back and sighed with relief. Having these people around had almost made the debacle at Coruscant bearable. Assassins, rapists, slaves, and politicians was all that he had experienced from the 'heart of civilization' and he was very glad they were behind them.

He felt bad for the clones, almost guilty, but the universe wasn't a fair place and sometimes you got dealt a bad hand. He wasn't going to waste time worrying about everyone else when he had to worry about himself or the people he cared about. Once he had a safe harbor, a huge cache of credits, and a private droid army, then he'd consider it.

And he now felt he was making his way towards that very goal. He had a ship, a handful of droids, a group of powerful force users to protect him, and some legitimate seed money. The only thing that bothered him was about what came next. How long until he was being shot or threaten at again?

He reached over to a button and opened the door to the cockpit. Maybe he could pick the brain of someone who passed by.

[Gar]

Bay would find Ni lying on her back among some cargo with her arms folded over her face, groaning pathetically. She wore casual attire, though it still revealed too much of her skin. One of her feet tapped restlessly against a box of supplies.

[Jaden_Starchaser]

Jaden was actually on his way to the cockpit to speak with Bay when he noticed Ni lying amongst the cargo and groaning. "Ni? Is everything okay?"

[Bay]

Bay punched in the autopilot and stood up. He leaned to one side and then the other, stretching his legs. He walked out into the cargo area and spotted Jaden and Ni, with Ni looking like she was sick or something.

"Jaden," Bay said, "What's wrong? Is Ni sick?"

[Jaden_Starchaser]

Jaden looked from Ni to see Bay approach. "I don't know," he said. "I was actually looking for you and happened to walk by and saw her like this." He turned his attention back to the groaning Zeltron with a look of concern and curiosity. "Is everything okay Ni?"

[Gar]

"No," whined Ni dramatically, splaying her arms and legs out to the side and looking up at them with a pouty lip. She rambled grumpily, "I am so bored!! And Boss Man is so far away!! And this travel time is taking forever!! And all anyone ever wants to do is meditate!!" She shook her fists at the ceiling, crying out, "And I haven't had sex since I met with the delegates of Zeltros and I faked it!! I need relief!!'

[Jaden_Starchaser]

Jaden blinked owlishly at Ni's statement. The part of her rant about Duncan went over his head. What didn't go over his head was the part about her faking the sex she had with the Zeltros delegate. "I...um....I'm sorry," he said awkwardly.

[Bay]

Bay's ears burned with a now familiar embarrassment.

"Uh I..." he turned to Jaden then back to Ni and said, "I-if you have someone in mind, I-I'll be sure to stay away from the bedrooms. W-we could drop out of Hyperdrive for a minute if you want to bring s-someone aboard... uh."

He trailed off, his embarrassment overwhelming his ability to speak, he glanced between Jaden and Ni, unsure of what else to say.

[Gar]

"Well, let's be honest, EVERY ONE in this party is in need of a good lay," said Ni matter-of-factly, continuing her rant. She pointed to Bay, "Especially you!" Then pointed to Jaden, "And you, Martyr Boy, have no excuse! You have a girlfriend you can comm any time!"

The Zeltron suddenly sat up and gasped, "Oh!! Oh!!" She clapped excitedly, "I know exactly what we need! A trip to my home planet!"

[Bay]

Bay crossed his arms, chuckled nervously, and scratched his beard while looking away.

"T-that might be nice... but actually I was wondering about what we're all doing right now? I mean I've been kind of just tagging along since we've met, and it's been... well I'm not going to lie, it's been crazy. I mean, before it was a job, so I didn't really ask questions, but that's changed. So do we have, like, something we're trying to accomplish or something? I mean I like you guys, and I want to stick around but I don't think I can afford to just be passive about where we're going anymore."
