RE: Sister Sister (Part Three)
Richard was headed for his room when he heard Rebecca and Kira talking. Rebecca was trying to convince Kira to stay out of combat situations and Kira wasn't having it. 'Good for you Kira' he thought. Richard stood on the doorway and listened but he didn't interrupt the debate. He wanted to hear both of their thoughts on the subject before he chimed in. Kira was a time mage and that meant she had some really impressive abilities to make herself useful in combat. The problem was she just didn't seem to know how to employ those abilities. Swords were also foolish choice of weapon in his opinion but he was no fighter so who was he to judge. He started thinking about the books he had read on time magic and all the useful spells that mages had used over the years. Kira really needed to read more about her craft.
Richard stood there leaning against the door frame. He was surprised neither of them had noticed him yet.
