"Opinions and reasons, what course off action should we pursue given our situation?" He had an idea off what course he would take but he had find it useful to have a number of course off action proposed. Often times you would end up with a better solution, but more often you would receive a way to improve upon each of them to create a solution better than any plan on its own.
