The Zeltron slowly takes a drink from her glass. Duncan can feel the force moving around him and trying to enter his mind, but he manages to resist. "How will I show you what is on my mind if you won't let me in?" she asks with a twinge of amusement, finishing her glass. "You have a lot of walls, don't you, Boss Man?"

"You can always tell me." he told her. "Not everything needs to done with our powers." he said with a smile as he remembered one of Master Dooku's lessons where he wasn't allowed to do anything Force related for two weeks. He thought it would be easy, but he couldn't have guessed how dependent he had become on the Force until that lesson.

"As you wish," replies Ni, her expression growing serious, "I won't show you with the Force..." She sets her bottle and glass down on the floor and leans forward, brushing her lips softly against Duncan's cheek as her hands pulled open his Jedi robe. As she draws closer the smell of that exotic flower becomes stronger, permeating the air around him. One of her hands slips under his robe and teases the sensitive skin at his thigh.

Ni pouted and pulled away, sitting back on her hands, her robe dangerously close to unveiling the part between her legs. "A man of few words," she remarked dryly, "And you haven't touched your drink. So will you tell me what is on your mind now?"

He took a swig of the drink she had given him. "You mean besides this mission? Or the current state of the Republic? Or the Jedi for that matter? Isn't that enough for one person's mind?" He then did something he didn't think he'd ever do and allowed his eyes to take in a peak at her lower robe. He almost breathed a sigh of relief when he noticed she was still covered.

"See, that's what's wrong," Ni rebutted, pouring herself another drink, "Your mind automatically drifts to problems, problems, problems," she takes a swig from her glass and raises her eyebrows pointedly at him, "Right now we are in the middle of space, waiting to reach our destination. All those problems--right now--are out of our reach, so why not use moment to take a break?" She smirked devilishly, "When is the last time you took a break, anyway?" The Zeltron set her glass down and leaned into him again, only this time she pulled his legs forward and straddled his lap on her knees. Ni opened her bath robe slowly and reached her hands out to cup the Guardian's head, pulling him into a kiss.

He didn't pull away... at first. He had to admit to himself that it was an enjoyable kiss after all, and she was an attractive woman. "Now that you mention it it has been awhile."
