RE: Bird Watching
Gadeon becomes aware of feelings of sadness and estrangement as he reaches out to her. The image of the bay warps into cloudy skies and a small, dark whirlpool disturbs the water.

RE: Bird Watching
Cox pulls out his communicator and sends a message to Gaddeon. 'I tried to reach out and give Ni a chance to be Ni, but it resulted in what you saw earlier. Any advice on how I can approach her to apologize for what happened and when? She brushed me off very strongly and I don't want to make things even worse.'

RE: Bird Watching
Gadeon receives another message, "I'm in the cockpit and will be relieving Jaden so he can do some training. Any chance we could talk in the cockpit? Bay is the only other person here, but I suspect whatever you tell me will be helpful to him as well."

RE: Bird Watching
(After Ashla leaves Ni; trying to sync the timelines).
Ni was curled up in her hiding spot on the ship when her com went off, but her catharsis had caused her to drift into a deep sleep and she did not hear the sound. Later she would be discovered by Jaden and he would request her help--Ni jumped at any opportunity to help and feel useful. But, even better, it seemed he wanted a special kind of help, which she was more than willing to provide. A few blunders later she realized that she had misunderstood him, however, she is so worked up again that she feels the need to return to her bunk to relieve some tension. The Zeltron finds Ashla there and changes into something to sleep in. As she goes to place the communicator on her bed she finally notices the message, though it seemed to be a few hours old. The message was from Gadeon, asking where she was. Her open-mouthed smile of excitement changes to a frown and, after hesitating a moment, she replies, "In my bunk," biting her lip anxiously and adding, "Sorry about making a mess today."
