Councilman Jarid Fas’Ner II (Human)
Former businessman and Board member of “Fas’Ner Arms” (Fas’Ner Arm’s specializes in shipboard weapons and shielding), who’s three factories were ‘liberated’ by the OPA during the war. During the OPA Offensive of 2021, Fas’Ner’s family estate on Phaeda was assaulted by OPA forces. The suing battle claimed hundreds of lives and forced Jarid Fas’Ner and his family to flee their homeworld (Phaeda, Outer Rim). Most of the family fled to the Republic while Jarid ended up being rescued by New Hope forces late last year. Councilman Fas’Ner is a well-spoken, handsome man and grandson of the famous weapon designer, Jarid Fas’Ner Sr. He represents the Primary Maintenance (Hangers) Bay and Industrial Levels. Currently works as a senior manager of the Industrial Park.
 
Councilman Geo’rgie (Turfine, Avian)
Former factory worker and labor organizer who was injured on the world of Turfee (Outer Rim). When the world of Turfee declared its independence from the Republic and announced its intention to join the OPA, Geo’rgie led a large group of workers of a takeover of a local government facility. The battle for the facility was largely one sided as many of the government employees surrendered without a struggle. A few holdouts led by a pair of Jedi Padawans fought to the bitter end. Geo’rgie’s family was killed during Republic bombardment of ‘Rebel’ Positions during the Republic’s counter attack. Councilman Geo’rgie is an outspoken, passionate man who often criticizes the Republic and regional authorities that support it. Leads the Corfair Party, a Labor Organization Movement.
 
Councilman Eduard Dautant (Clone, Freed Clone)
Teacher/Scholar from the world of Ansion (Mid Rim). Created to be a teacher, worked at a local High School as a history teacher. Ansion had struggled to remain out of the war. Despite their best efforts, war came to Ansion. OPA and Republic forces battled over the system for five months. After an OPA victory, Ansion was left a waste land. Suffering was wide spread, and the entire population was at risk of starvation. Ansion was New Hope’s finest hours and marked the first major rescue operation. Councilman Dautant is both the oldest member and the most senior member on the council. Neither of these tempered his bite during heated exchanges.
 
Councilman Vis’Ulin (Elom)
Lawyer/judge from the world of Hei’Hwa (Mid Rim). Relocated to New Hope with his entire family (five in total) when war came to his homeworld. Vis’Ulin has been a quiet voice on the council, but when he speaks most tend to listen. He handcrafted the Articles of Order which formed the governing body of New Hope. He currently working on creating a Judicial association to handle disputes, crime and punishment. He always envisions this new branch of government to act as a check for the Council.
 
Councilwoman Tamara Keith (Human)
Former reporter for CNN from the Inner Rim World of Nash Ping R’ton. Relocated to New Hope with her family fleeing Republic Authorities. Before the purge of CNN, Tamara Keith was one of the most outspoken critics of the war effort. Her final report, though few saw it, was an eye witness account of the Battle of Ringali Nebula. This was the battle between the Victory/Vengeance and six attacking Venator class Star Destroyers. Councilwoman Keith makes no attempt to hide the fact that she is a wanted woman, with a bounty of ten thousand credits on her head for treason. Councilwoman Keith is the newest member to the council, elected last month to her seat.
