The mentioning of Simon's name cause Kira to look over at the urin. For kira Simon was a great mystery to be unrivalled. What ever vessel this is that is simon, it has his mind or a copy of it. " Will you be able to work with Simon? " looking at Rebecca. Kira paused for an moment thinking. " You know because of the " pausing agian. "Feud.... between you two in the past. "

Rebecca looked back to Kira as she paused in her cleaning. 'feud' she thought, had been such a strong word. Had she really been at feud with Simon. Clearly she had her issues with Richard but those were long past.

"Look, Simon can be Simon......" Rebecca said than paused as she dropped her shoulders as she gave in to the narrative. "Does it really matter?" She asked softly and then continued, "i am sure the same can be said for Simon. What ever the past is, is the past. I will do what is best for the Cabal and what Richard asks of me."

She looked down as she recalled the way Simon would have some pretty drastic emotional changes. He could go from plotting your own death to being all hugs and best of friends within a blink of an eye. She smiled and let out a bit of a laugh, "I am sure Simon will do what is best for the Cabal and that is what I will do. So how I feel doesn't really matter."

Kira listened to Rebecca til she was finished speaking. " If we are to work together then it should matter. Specially if the feud between you two comes back, you and Simon should find away to settle it. So you two can move on and work together effectively."

Kira thought for a moment, "have you noticed that Simon has not changed. And now that he is back things seemed to have gone back to the way they were. So it does matter."

Rebecca let out a deep sigh of frustration. "Kira there is no feud between us. Never was. Sure he can be difficult to get along with from time to time. But hey, so can I."

She thought for a moment, "I don't want to even think about the past. The entire Cabal has moved passed the issues of yesterday. As far as I am concerned, there is no feud to continue. And if something does come up, it won't be from me. I will follow Richard's orders and he can deal with the rest."

Rebecca walked over and picked up the table and replaced it where it belongs, "So no, what think doesn't matter. I willl follow and Richard will lead. Nothing else matters. It's that simple."

She paused and looked at Kira, "Kira I know you have your concerns. But you have to let Richard lead. If he doesn't have our complete support we become part of the problem."

Kira raised a brow as Rebecca spoke " so you mean to tell me there was never, never a feud between you two. " having a hard time believing that. " i have faith in Richard as a leader, but i also want to help him pull everyone together agian. It seems like, that since Simon has been back theres something between you too. Dont tell me theres not cause i noticed it at the meeting. "

Rebecca stood up from putting the table back and looked at Kira, "no there is not a feud nor has there ever been a feud between. AND I am sick of being told there is. Kira there isn't a feud."

She thought for a moment, "as for back there, while Simon was on my mind. But hardly anything significant. More than Simon my thoughts were on these new roles and rules."

Kira sighed softly giving her sister that one look, she couldn't call Rebecca out for lying cause her sister believe in her mind there's never been a feud. She could show her but felt like her sister would believe what she wanted to. " Maybe there's not but if i see the sighs continue. I will be talking to Richard next time. "

Rebecca stood upright and placed her hands on her hip, "if I see the signs continue" Rebecca mimiced, "i am going to tell your father" she added waving her finger at Kira.

She let out a laugh as she returned to cleaning up her room, "look I am not saying there wasn't drama. But a feud. Really? I don't dislike Simon. He is a talented mage in his own right. Someone I call friend. But sure he can get under my skin from time to time. I think this is why Richard has the two of us working together. Or He wants me to keep an eye on Simon. Either doesn't really matter to me. I am going to prove myself."

Kira laugh as Rebecca mimic her, she shook her head a bit somethings never change with her sister. As she listened to Rebecca she had to think about her statement maybe she didn't disliked Simon now but in the beginning when they first meet Simon and Richard. She knew they had been at odds. Though Rebecca had a point about not thinking about the past. She tried to think how Rebecca reacted when Simon returned. She knew there been a lot of guilt along with everyone trying to figure out if this was actually Simon or not.

"okay fine, but I know something is up. And its linked to Simons return. Talk!" Kira said forcefully.

Rebecca looked at Kira and started to say something but changed her mind. She turned and flopped down on the sofa. "Okay yes there is something. But its not Simon. I could really care less about any Simon issues" she said using her fingers to quote the statement.

She leaned forward and rested on her knees, "I haven't heard from my father in weeks. Each time I have tried to call, the last time I called it went to voicemail. This is not normal for him. But at the same time, I don't want to act like a frightened little girl. Plus there is so much other things going on. We just started a war with the vampires and its hardly the time to go running off." She looked up at Kira, "I don't know, maybe its just nothing. Maybe its not. But it has been bothering me."
